The improvement and creation of new electronic administration procedures is now a reality for the citizens of Torre Pacheco. The expansion of the catalogue of online procedures, and a renewal of the City Council’s computer and telecommunications infrastructure, has made it possible to carry out a large number of procedures through a computer, tablet or mobile phone.
Easy, improved usability, and time savings thanks to the expansion of Torre Pacheco’s online administrative catalogue.
According to the impressions and opinions collected, one of the aspects that users most appreciate is, without a doubt, saving time. The new expansion of online procedures makes it possible to manage a large part of the administrative proceedings, which normally had to be carried out in person, during customer service hours.
With this new online administration, enrolment in nursery schools, registration, demand for social benefits, payments and receipts, are greatly facilitated. All you need is internet access and a digital device.
In addition to daily procedures, this line of action is intended to facilitate and provide more agile access to all citizen participation processes.
This operation, and all those framed in the DUSI Strategy, are co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), through the Multiregional Operational Program of Spain 2014-2020 with a total investment of 284,986.75 €.
